Refund policy

If in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your order back to us within the 28 days and We recommend you use a postal service that offers a tracked service as it’s your responsibility to get the parcel back to us.

We can’t accept items that are not in original condition this includes tags still attached and in the unopened clear protective packaging, have no creases or odour (including aftershave)

 

 

Distance selling regulations

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Ties for Guys and a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 14 days of delivery of your item(s), and can be sent by e-mail to chat@tiesforguys.co.uk, or by post to the address on our Returns page. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 30 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

 

  • Refunds and Exchanges for all items, including faulty goods, can only be given within 30 days of receipt.
  • We will issue a FULL REFUND (Excluding delivery charge) on receipt, we will exchange the item for a different colour if preferred.
  • Some products are NON-Returnable. These are clearly marked; this is common practice throughout the Retail trade.
  • The item is your responsibility until we receive it.
  • For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that carries insurance / Tracking Number
  • If the goods are damaged, we will refund up to £4 costs for return delivery when the following services are used: Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Standard 1st/2nd Class delivery. Please include the receipt in the package when sending the faulty item back.
  • Failure to follow these procedures will result in the item being returned to you.
  • All delivery charges are non-refundable unless you have received a faulty or wrong item
  • If goods are returned to Ties For Guys because they couldn’t be delivered due to incorrect address or order refusal, a fee of £8.99 will be taken out of the refund.

The cost of returning is your responsibility and is therefore non-refundable, unless deemed necessary.
