How long does delivery take?


Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered within 2–3 working days via standard UK delivery. A confirmation email containing tracking information is sent once your order has been shipped.
Can I send my order directly to someone else?


Yes. You can enter an alternative delivery address at checkout, making this service ideal for gifts or for coordinating ties and pocket squares across a wedding party.
When should I order wedding ties?


We recommend ordering wedding ties two to three months before the wedding date. If you'd like to check colours against bridesmaid dresses or suits beforehand, order fabric swatches three to four months in advance to allow time for adjustments.

We operate a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging.
How long do refunds take?
